The puppies are 12 days old in this pic, their eyes are cracking open. It's a pretty exciting time! It's been HOT here, almost 100 degrees F during the afternoons ....welcome to the dog days of summer! The best you can do to keep comfortable according to Oreo is to dig a hole in the cool dirt and lay in it.
Things are already getting crowded at feeding time. Oreo's puppies here at 10 days old.
They enjoy staying outdoors in the shade during the afternoons. Pic taken at 9 days old.

Proud Great Auntie Star finally got to spend time with the puppies. She was absolutely thrilled.
