"Aura" was awarded High In Trial at the Alaskan Malamute Club of America's Obedience trial in Olympia, WA on November 5, 2008 ! She placed 1st in Open A with a score of 195 ! Plus she won the Working Bitch Class in conformation at the National Specialty show on November 8th! And she won the Best Percentage Pulled at the West Coast Area Regional Specialty weight pull !

October 26, 2008 "Aura" finished her Companion Dog Excellent title with a score of 191.5 and a 2nd Place in her class at the Sportsmen's Dog Training Club of Detroit in Warren, MI on October 26, 2008 !
October 18 & 19, 2008 "Aura" earned the first two legs toward her CDX title, with 1st and 2nd class placements and phenomenal scores of 195.5 and 196.5 !
October 12, 2008 "Onyx" made her competion Agility debut !

September 5, 2008 At the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club's Agility Trial in Ann Arbor, MI "Aura" placed 2nd in Excellent Standard class and 3rd in Excellent Jumpers With Weaves! She also earned her first Novice FAST (Fifteen And Send Time) Agility leg!

May 24, 2008 "Onyx" placed 1st in the Limit Bitch class and 2nd in the Import dog/bitch class at the Alaskan Malamute Club of the United Kingdom's Specialty Show in Markfield, Leicestershire, U.K. !
"Nero" won the Stud Dog Class and he placed 2nd in the Open Dog Class ! "Nero's" daughter "Aria" Sledog Forest Stream was Best Puppy In Show! And his son "Mackenzie" Sledog Forest Mist was Reserve Best Puppy In Show !

"Nero" has finished the requirements for his AMCA Working Pack Dog title !
"Ciara" is becoming a *gung ho* lead dog ! Here she is at the very end of this year's sledding season, already sporting her summer underwear ;-)

"Aura" was High In Trial at the Alaskan Malamute Club of America's Central Area Regional Obedience Trial in Oconomowoc, WI on October 16, 2007 ! She placed first in Novice B with a score of 196 !
On her summer vacation, "Aura" finished her AKC Companion Dog degree at the Talbot Kennel Club's all-breed Obedience trial in Easton MD on August 18, 2007 ! She placed 1st in Novice B with a score of 197 !
August 11 & 12, 2007 "Aura" earned the final 2 legs for her Master Agility Excellent Jumpers With Weaves title at the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club's Agility trials in Dexter, MI ! She placed 2nd in her class on Saturday and 4th on Sunday !
August 4 & 5, 2007 "Aura" earned 2 legs toward her AKC Companion Dog degree with scores of 195.5 and 196.5 placing 2nd and 3rd in her class at the Berrien Kennel Club and Jaxon Kennel Club all-breed Obedience trials in Marshall, MI !

July 14 & 15, 2007 "Aura" finished her Rally Excellent title with scores of 99 and 1st Place both days in Marshall, MI and to top off her weekend she was also Winners Bitch at the Battle Creek Kennel Club shows both days !
July 8, 2007 "Onyx" made her conformation show ring debut at the Peterborough & District Canine Society show in the UK and she placed second in her class !
June 30 & July 1, 2007 "Aura" competed in United Kennel Club Obedience and Agility events in Montpelier, OH and finished her UKC Companion Dog degree with scores in the 190s, which were High In Trial scores ! "Aura" also earned her UKC Level 1 Novice Agility title !

June 9, 2007, "Aura" finished her AKC Rally Advanced title with a 1st place in her class at the Mt. Pleasant Michigan Kennel Club's Rally trial ! And she competed in conformation and won Winners Bitch for 2 more points toward her Championship !
June 3, 2007, Daddy "Atka" finished his AKC Master Agility Championship ! He is the breed's first male MACH and the first Alaskan Malamute that is both a conformation Champion and an agility Champion !

April 1, 2007, Daddy "Atka" finished his AKC Championship at the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association show in Pittsburgh, PA winning Winners Dog/Best of Winners and Best of Breed !

March 31-April 1, 2007, "Aura" finished her Agility Excellent and Excellent Agility Jumpers titles at the Beaver County Kennel Club trials in Pitsburgh, PA !
March 9, 2007, "Nero" placed 2nd in the Yearling Dog class at the prestigious Crufts Dog Show in Birmingham, United Kingdom ! (WOW!)
March 2-3, 2007, "Aura" placed first in her Open Agility Jumpers class to finish her OAJ title! Then she competed in Agility Excellent and earned 2 legs toward her AX title (with a 2nd and 3rd place in the class)! And "Aura" also placed first in the Excellent Agility Jumpers class for a leg toward her AXJ ! (WOW!)
February 23-25, 2007, at the Gem City Agility Club trials in Ohio,"Aura" finished her Novice Agility Jumpers title placing first in her class on the 23rd ! Then she went on to earn the first 2 legs toward her OAJ title with a first and a second placement in the Open Jumpers With Weaves classes. And "Aura" finished her Open Agility title with 2 first placements and a second during the 3 days of trials ! (WOW!)

February 9, 2007, "Aura" finished her AKC Rally Novice title placing first in a 23 dog class with a perfect score of 100 points ! Plus, she's now finished the requirements for her AMCA Working Lead Dog title ! (WOW!)

"Aura" finished her Novice Agility title placing first at all 3 trials in Lewisburg, OH on January 26 -28 ! And she placed first in 2 Novice Agility Jumpers With Weaves classes to earn 2 NAJ legs ! And she's been running single lead on Raissa's sled team ! (WOW!)
"Aura" placed first in her AKC Rally debut at the Oakland County Kennel Club show in Detroit, MI on January 20th with a score of 99 out of 100 ! (over 25 other dogs, WOW!) And at the next day she took 2nd place with another score of 99 ! (over 32 other dogs, WOW!)

"Nero" won his Junior Dog class and then went on to win Reserve Best Dog at the Ladies' Kennel Association Championship show in Birmingham, United Kingdom on December 9th ! (over 42 males, WOW!)
"Aura" won Winners Bitch/Best of Opposite Sex at the Ingham County Kennel Club show, for her first point toward her AKC Championship on December 4th in East Lansing, MI !

"Onyx" and "Nero" have been at home with Stuart and Nicola in the U.K. for a little over a month now. They look very happy and are fitting in well with their *new family* :-)
"Onyx" is still holding on to half of her old winter coat, she'll be entered in some shows when she loses the rest of that thick coat of hers...
"Aura" received Reserve Winners Bitch out of the 9-12 month puppy class in May

"Atka" is awesome in Agility competition and in addition, he is an AKC Champion in Conformation. Beauty and brains in one package!
