We are ALL going to miss our buddy Gemma
Stealth checks out an old fence post
and of course, Gemma has to check it out too .....monkey see, monkey do <LOL>
I KNOW it's got to be down here somewhere!
Turbo may live in California, but his heart is in an igloo in the arctic ;-)
Oh, but hanging out in a warm house isn't too bad either!
Back at Mountain Home, early January is bringing more snow
Gemma on the *trail*
Stealth
But a Malamute nose can find buried treasure no matter how deep the snow gets
Stealth and Gemma found a deer leg bone today!
"Hey Sister... Goin' my way?"
Stealth says "Wow! It's getting kind of deep when you get off the trail"
View to the southwest,
a sample of the scenery we get to walk through

It is 15 miles to our northwest, as the crow flies
An interesting side-note, Gardner Mt. is the highest point in our (Okanogan) county at 8,974 feet
Santa came, and Stealth was a *good girl* this year :-)
Two days before Christmas and Stealth and Gemma are already
poking their fingers through the wrapping paper trying to figure out what's in their present
"It's really hard to 'think outside the box' when you know what's inside" ;-)
Dec. 15th These two girls say "There's NO business like SNOW business!"
"How snowy can we get???"
Evo has been given her permanent name now, it's Gemma!
Gemma will be leaving for her new home after the holiday season is over

After a hard day of playing in the yard, April sacks out on the couch :-)
She's living a *ruff life*
November 15th, Stealth and Evo experience their first snow!
The usual view of the two of them on our walks, all we see is their rear ends
They rarely sit still for a picture. Got lucky a couple times on this walk with Evo
Stealth, incognito in the bushes ;-)
Evo
Evo, heading off again!
Drying off after a walk on a rainy autumn day
Cruiser, Evo and Star take the couch ...OK, so now where are us people supposed to sit???
Evo at 10 weeks - the brightness from the window makes her pic too dark
So we tried covering the window for Stealth's pic
A little better, but still not good
Will try again ....outside in the daylight!
April left for her new home in Oregon on November 5th,
here she is with her owner Pat
April on her last day at Mountain Home

Talon wastes no time chowing down
April is going to go hide hers in the dog house
Evo thinks this is some really great stuff
